LESSB/APS PARTNER FOR JUNETEENTH 2026

With the help of APS supervisors, caseworkers, Pat Francis-Johnson, and our two newest LESSB board members (Alpha Jennings and Lorraine Gonzales-Melendez) , a number of people walked away from both the Senior Breakfast and the Silver Star Health Tent with a new knowledge of what APS and LESSB can do to assist those in need.

 The entire experience at the Senior Breakfast was very positive. Ernie Morin spoke very effectively to an audience of about 75 attendees who were very attentive.  Just from the breakfast alone, APS got four new cases for certain with the potential for two more. As there are people who do not want to discuss needs in public, there is a good chance some contacts will be made directly with APS.
